First, the storage unit / media is physically and logically analyzed to determine the type of defect; we use specialized hardware, software and tools in this step.
Folowing, the cost of the data recovery operations is estimated and the customer approval is asked. Also an estimation of time length of recovery is provided;
The diagnostic is free of charge and is done in maximum 24 hours.
